
During the summer of 2022, I worked as a Content Design Intern at Robinhood Financial in New York City, NY. While at Robinhood, I worked on a variety of projects alongside the company's Content Design team and the Robinhood Gold team.
While working at Robinhood Financial, I was a part of the Robinhood Gold team. Gold is Robinhood’s premium subscription service, it is an established revenue driver for the app but is underutilized by subscribers as it is perceived to only be beneficial to serious investors. In order to make Gold a service that is appealing to customers of all investing backgrounds, we decided to introduce a premium cash sweep rate to Gold customers.
By data gathered through user testing, I redesigned sweep’s onboarding screens, the Gold upsell screen, the Gold sweep onboarding screen, the Gold Welcome screen, the Learn more and Disclosures screen, and the Gold Welcome screen. Learn more about my user testing here.
To support the launch of Cash Sweep as a new Gold feature, I worked on creating a series of emails, push notifications, and home screen cards. Additionally, I worked on creating a marketing concept in which Gold is advertised to non-Gold customers in their monthly 1% interest earnings email.
